Yes, we ship worldwide. International shipping typically takes 14โ€“20 days, though delivery times may vary due to local carriers and customs processes. We will also provide you with a tracking number upon dispatching your parcel.

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on the weight of the items:

  • Bobbins, Enamel Pins, and Patches: Flat fee of 11 SGD.
  • Bags: Shipping is based on parcel weight.

Only one shipping charge (the higher of the category selected) will apply.

To minimize our carbon footprint and maintain affordable pricing, we do not offer complimentary change-of-mind returns.

To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused, in its original packaging, and returned using a reliable shipping method with tracking.
