Analog No.29 Medium Tote Bag (Limited Edition) - Water Repellent Corduroy

The medium bag is just a right size to house an Ipad. It is very good quality and I am very pleased with it. Also, it arrived in about 2 weeks, so not bad.

I have wanted and Analog Bag for ages, as I think they are super cute! I was browsing the site, and before deciding on my final order, went to the checkout to check the price of shipping. Before I knew it, I was receiving an order confirmation email and realised I had accidentally placed and paid my order without meaning to. I messages the email provided on their website for help and enquires immediately, to see if I could cancel the order. I did not receive a reply and soon enough the bag was on its way. Once it arrived, two and a half weeks later, I sent a follow up email, to see about the possibility of a return. Though they do not provide returns for change of mind, I had hoped they might be helpful, since I had immediately tried to cancel the order. I received no reply. I also tried DMing the company through their active instagram. It has been three weeks since my last message with no response. I am not disappointed that there was no return/cancel - fortunately I actually ended up loving the order I did get - I am just disappointed at the lack of customer service and support. I would have preferred to at least have a response telling me that a refund wasn’t possible. The bag is great however, looks like really good quality on the first look. International shipping was also fast. I really hope they are able to improve on this because I think they are a great small company with beautiful products!

I love the design and can see how durable this bag is! The quality is amazing, it's really cute and i can put so much stuff inside it's crazy!
