Refund policy
To minimize carbon foot print and offer affordable prices to our customers, we do not have a free return policy. Shipping prices are high and might cost the customer an amount equal to the product price, so we recommend being thoughtful about your purchase before committing to it.
We try our best to ensure quality in our products through strict quality checks. However, if you have received a defective item, please reach out to us at hello@analogcompany.co to arrange a return.
Returns are accepted only for defective items and picture proof of the defective item is required within two days of reciept of the item.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unused, and in its original packaging. You are responsible for the cost of return shipping. Please use a reliable shipping method with tracking to ensure the safe return of the item.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you received the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, such as customized products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods due to hygiene reasons. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
