To produce sustainably, we make each batch in small quantities. The materials used may no longer be in production, which means we might not be able to bring them back. However, we hope to avoid disappointment as much as possible, so please indicate your interest with the 'Notify me when available' button and we'll inform you if we are able to bring it back for you!

To ensure that our prices are fair and transparent, we do not run tactical sales or run secret promotions. This helps our customers shop with a peace of mind, knowing that they have not lost out on a better deal. In fact, prices might only rise, as cost of materials, labour and shipping increase over time, so the best time to make your purchase is now!

However, customers are rewarded with points for their purchases, which can be used to offset the cost of their subsequent purchases. It's our little way of thanking the people who love and support what we do.

For minor stains, we recommend spot cleaning with a wet cloth and detergent.

While some of our customers wash their bags in the washing machine, the effect can vary depending on the settings on the machine. Therefore, we recommend handwashing your canvas bags and airdrying them to help your bag maintain its shape. Remember to remove the structured base that has been fixed on with velcro at the bottom of your bag, to give it a better wash and to let it dry quicker.

We have designed our drink holders to fit the thickest bottles we've seen on the market, such as the nalgene bottle, a 40oz Owala and a 32oz Hydroflask.

After listening to your requests for a large laptop tote to fit your extra large gaming laptops, we finally made the XL Laptop Tote! It is designed to fit the biggest laptops, while still looking fun and absolutely customizable to fit your personality.

You may use beeswax or water repellent canvas sprays on your canvas bags to help them be more resistant against spills and rain! Although, a few of our bags are already made with water resistant canvas - these are indicated in their product names. Drop us a message on the site if you need help deciphering which ones they are!
