🚚 Shipping & Delivery

Yes. Orders over 60 SGD qualify for complimentary domestic shipping. For orders below 60 SGD, a shipping fee of 4 SGD applies.

Yes, we ship worldwide. International shipping typically takes 14–20 days, though delivery times may vary due to local carriers and customs processes. We will also provide you with a tracking number upon dispatching your parcel.

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on the weight of the items:

  • Bobbins, Enamel Pins, and Patches: Flat fee of 11 SGD.
  • Bags: Shipping is based on parcel weight.

Only one shipping charge (the higher of the category selected) will apply.

Yes. Please take note that customs duties, taxes, and import fees are the responsibility of the customer and must be paid to clear customs. These charges vary by country.

🧼 Care & Maintenance

For minor stains, spot clean with a wet cloth and detergent. For a thorough clean, handwash and air dry the bag. Remember to remove the structured base fixed with velcro, for easy washing and drying.

Yes. You can apply beeswax or water-repellent canvas sprays to enhance water resistance.

🔁 Returns & Refunds

To minimize our carbon footprint and maintain affordable pricing, we do not offer complimentary change-of-mind returns.

If you receive a defective or damaged item, please contact us at hello@analogcompany.co within two days of receiving your order. Include a photo of the issue to help us assess the situation. To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused, in its original packaging, and returned using a reliable shipping method with tracking.
